Chaos Theory is a wild-child blend from Sonoma that started as a playful experiment and turned into a fan favorite. It’s a rich field blend featuring 37% Cabernet Franc, 21% Cabernet Sauvignon, 21% Zinfandel, 13% Merlot, and 8% Barbera, aged in about 30% new French oak for structure and spice.
It has a dark garnet core with a ruby rim, is full-bodied yet has a creamy-smooth mouthfeel and supple tannins. Aromas of maraschino cherry, cassis, chamomile and Italian leather. The palate brings cardamom, clove, cinnamon, fresh vanilla, graphite, and dark chocolate–blueberry vibes.
